Welcome to Ashtanga Yoga Basel!

We offer qualified yoga classes in the tradition of indian yoga master Shri K. Pattabhi Jois. This dynamic yoga practice (re)builds and strengthens our overall health and makes the body strong and flexible. This practice is also called ,meditation in flow‘ and helps to find inner peace.

Please check our schedule for daily yoga classes and workshops for all levels. Classes can be attended without any pre-registration. We teach in German, English or Spanish.

Beginners are welcome to all our classes but might find it easiest to make the first step either with one of our ,led classs I‘ or the monthly beginner‘s workshop (2h). You can find all dates in ,Workshops‘.
